Bosch Universal Plus 6.5 Qt. Mixer + Baker’s Bundle

With the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer + Baker’s Bundle, you’ll have all the tools you need to effortlessly whip up batches of cookie dough, cake batter, bread dough, and other baked favorites! With a powerful 500-watt motor and a generous 6.5-quart bowl, this mixer is equipped to mix up to 15 pounds of thick bread (including whole wheat) or pizza dough, as well as 34 dozen cookies in a single batch. Uniquely designed with the motor beneath the bowl and suction feet to keep it stable while mixing, this powerhouse appliance features four speed options and a pulse option for mixing, blending, and combining ingredients to your recipe’s exact preference. This mixer comes with dual wire whips that allow you to whip hefty batches of cream and as little as one egg white at a time, a stainless steel heavy-duty dough hook that’s designed to mimic the motions of hand-kneading to stretch, tuck, & fold the dough for maximum gluten development, and a bowl cover that can be used while the mixer is running to keep dry & wet ingredients from splashing out of the bowl.

Along with the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer, you’ll also get a Baker’s Pack that includes a bowl scraper that’ll scrape & incorporate ingredients that build up on the sides of the bowl, a set of cookie paddles that are made for creaming medium to thick cookie doughs before adding mix-ins, and a set of cake paddles that are designed with fewer tines than the wire whips to prevent over-incorporating air into cake, pancake, and muffin batter for fluffier results. Once your batters or doughs are mixed to perfection, use the Cookie Sheet Liner and 40-Piece Icing Kit to bake up and decorate your treats like a pro. Never struggle again with mixing your favorite baked goods & recipes with the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer + Baker’s Bundle.
