Frieling Rectangular Brotform 12″ x 5.5″ Proofing Basket

Before baking homemade bread and others, exercise an old-fashioned but effective method of successfully raising handmade dough with the Rectangular Brotform 12” x 5.5″ Proofing Basket by Frieling. The rectangular basket consists of light all-natural cane. The final results speak volumes: an improved texture, a better rise, a uniform shape, and crunchy crust. Each loaf rises to 12” x 5.5″; though, the size may vary. Simply allow your bread machine to knead the dough first, place it inside the basket, and then flip it upside down. After you’re done, gently wash the bread rising basket by hand with warm water. Enjoy the fresh, all-natural flavor and aroma of artisan bread prepared with dough risen from within the Frieling Rectangular Brotform 12” x 5.5″ Proofing Basket.
