The six stainless steel trays measure 9” wide, 20.5” long, and 0.75” high, fitting quite a lot of food. These trays are perfect for freeze-drying fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products, desserts, and even entire meals. We recommend evenly arranging the food to be level with the 0.75” height of the tray for best results. To make the freeze-drying process even more suitable for home use, you are not limited to one food item for the freeze dryer or even one food item per tray.
