With a slightly longer and wider blade than standard utility knives, the Shun Kai PRO 6.5″ Master Utility Knife is crafted to bring the versatility of a chef’s knife while being lightweight & compact enough to perform tighter cutting tasks. This dynamic utility knife is uniquely designed with extra width at the heel and a slight curve on the blade for rocking, making it great for anything from mincing, peeling, & paring to slicing & chopping meats and vegetables. It’s a great multipurpose knife you can rely on for just about any cutting task.

NSF-certified for use in commercial kitchens, Kai PRO knives are made of Japanese AUS6M high-carbon stainless steel and hand sharpened to a 16° edge on each side. Full-tang with a double-riveted handle, the PRO series knives are built to stand up to daily, professional use. The striking hammered blade finish is more than just beautiful; it reduces drag and helps food release from the blade easily.
