Uniquely designed with the motor beneath the bowl and suction feet to keep it stable while mixing, this powerhouse appliance features four-speed options and a pulse option for mixing, blending, and combining ingredients to your recipe’s exact preference. This mixer comes with dual wire whips that allow you to whip hefty batches of cream and as little as one egg white at a time, a stainless steel heavy-duty dough hook that’s designed to mimic the motions of hand-kneading to stretch, tuck, & fold the dough for maximum gluten development, and a bowl cover that can be used while the mixer is running to keep dry & wet ingredients from splashing out of the bowl.

And let’s not forget Spiralizer Attachment for the Universal Plus by Bosch. You will soon discover just how easy and pleasurable it is to create beautiful spiral-cut veggies and fruits. As a perfect companion to the Universal Plus Mixer, the spiralizer attachment quickly has you producing evenly cut ribbons and spirals to delight your fellow diners and complement your favorite recipes. Once you’re ready to clean, use the dishwasher’s top rack for the components, though use a soft brush to clean the blades. For best use, coat each one evenly with cooking spray between uses. Rinse the blades between each fruit or vegetable change. The spiralizer attachment is best used with foods that measure between 1” to 2.25”.
