This mixer comes with dual wire whips that allow you to whip hefty batches of cream and as little as one egg white at a time, a stainless steel heavy-duty dough hook that’s designed to mimic the motions of hand-kneading to stretch, tuck, & fold the dough for maximum gluten development, and a bowl cover that can be used while the mixer is running to keep dry & wet ingredients from splashing out of the bowl.
