Bread Couche 26″ X 36″

Want to bake baguettes with the perfect crackly crust? You need a professional Bread Couche! Pronounced “coosh,” this canvas cloth is the same tool that professional bakers use when leaving baguettes to rise. The untreated, unbleached canvas prevents condensation from forming on the dough, helping the bread to form the necessary “skin” needed to make the crusty exterior characteristic of every good baguette. Plus, the couche can be lightly folded into a wave that will help the dough keep its baguette shape. If you want to bake homemade baguettes so good they could pass for loaves cooked in a French boulangerie, bring home the Professional Couche!
