Brod & Taylor Sourdough Home Machine

Sourdough bread is loaded with nutrients, prebiotics, and vitamins for overall well-being, so make your own sourdough starter with the Brod & Taylor Sourdough Home Machine! Made from plastic housing, the Sourdough Home uses precise temperatures to control your sourdough starter, as it is designed to heat or cool to maintain stability. For instance, temperature settings close to room temperature will require a small portion of power whereas temperature settings above or below room temperature will require more power; however, you will easily have one quart of the perfect leavening agent for your sourdough batter. You may also feed your starter on your own schedule whether that is twice a day or once a week, and you can adjust the temperature to manipulate the flavor profile, aroma, and texture. So make sourdough bread in no time with the Brod & Taylor Sourdough Home Machine!
