Cangshan Cutlery Thomas Keller Signature Collection 17-Piece Knife Block Set | White

Invite the expertise and uncompromising excellence of a Michelin-starred chef into your home kitchen with the Thomas Keller Signature White Collection Knife Block Set from Cangshan Cutlery. Designed by the renowned Chef Keller himself, this set features 16 pieces with pearl-white polymer handles and angled steel end caps for a look that is at once elegant and modern. A single rivet in the handles features the chef’s initials. The blades are forged from Swedish Damasteel powdered steel, a fine-grained, high-alloy variety that boasts excellent edge strength and corrosion-resistance. After undergoing an ultra-precise 6-stage heat treatment, the resulting blades have a Rockwell hardness rating of 61 +/-2. Each blade is hand-polished & hand-sharpened by expert bladesmiths, evidence of the detailed commitment to quality with which this set was designed. Perfectly balanced, contoured handles and a 16° Asian-style cutting edge ensure that each use of these knives is a professional-quality experience with perfect, precise results.

This set includes everything you need to outfit a fully functional kitchen including a chef’s knife, bread knife, paring knife, santoku, a set of steak knives, a pair of solid steel kitchen shears and more.
