The Cuisinart Contact Griddler® with Smoke-less Mode (Stainless Steel) makes it easy to prepare delicious grilled meals indoors without the nuisance of all the smoke. In addition to temperature management, the smoke-less features of this Griddler include a fold-out front foot extension and added top plate position for improved grease drainage. Offering you seven separate cooking options, this Griddler allows you to adjust its hinge to use as a contact grill, panini press, full grill, full griddle, half grill, half griddler, and of course, a smoke-less grill.
