Demeyere’s technological advances will give you a lifetime of consistent, reliable service. There is no reason to shop for an alternative, the Demeyere Cookware Induction Stock Pot from the Atlantis Series is exactly what you need.

7-PlyMaterial® used for the Demeyere Atlantis Stock Pot is an alloy of 7 metals, including stainless steel with an aluminum core. This unique construction causes the heat to spread directly and evenly throughout the whole pan bottom surface. The thick wall construction and lid are built to keep all the heat inside the pot, which is the optimum design for a stock pot to speed this method of cooking. InductoSeal® is the heart of the Demeyere Cookware Induction Stock Pot bottom. A hermetically encapsulated copper disk is sealed into the 7-PlyMaterial® which increases the heat-conducting cooking surfaces to 33% larger than traditional stock pots. No fats, dirt, or water can permeate the strong welds of 18/10 stainless steel that hold the base in place. TriplInduc®, triple alloy applied to the exterior bottom increases induction efficiency approximately 30%, and keeps it flat over a lifetime of use without warping. Demeyere’s trademarked Silvinox® surface treatment has been applied to the induction stock pot that will keep the gleaming classic white-steel shiny, without the typical discolorations that occur over the lifetime of use. Silvinox® also makes surfaces super easy to clean with less effort. Demeyere’s technology combines in this Demeyere Atlantis Stock Pot to make your cooking fun, simple, beautiful, yet state-of-the-art. It is time to make cooking a pleasure yet again with Demeyere!
