The freeze dryer will beep when finished so you really can set and forget, taking all of the hassles out of preserving food at home.

The four stainless steel trays measure 9” wide, 20.5” long, and 0.75” high, fitting quite a lot of food. The fresh food capacity is about 12-16 lbs per batch and has an average yield of 3.5 gallons of food per. These trays are perfect for freeze-drying fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products, desserts, and even entire meals. We recommend evenly arranging the food to be level with the 0.75” height of the tray for best results. To make the freeze-drying process even more suitable for home use, you are not limited to one food item for the freeze dryer or even one food item per tray. Lay out as many different options as you like per batch and be amazed at what this Harvest Right Large Size Home Freeze Dryer is capable of!
