Kai PRO by Shun Series 7″ Asian Utility Knife

Designed with versatility in mind, the Kai PRO 7” Asian Utility Knife will become a valued tool you reach for often while prepping ingredients. Every part of this multi-tasking blade can be used. That includes the sharp tip, which can be used to peel ginger, skin salmon, or shave carrots; the flat to smash garlic or make paste; the back to tenderize meats; and of course, the wide, sharp blade is perfect for chopping all types of produce or thinly slicing meats. It might look similar to a meat cleaver, but it’s not. And with so many ways to use this utility blade, you’ll be choosing it all the time.

NSF-certified for use in commercial kitchens, Kai PRO knives are made of Japanese AUS6M high-carbon stainless steel and hand sharpened to a 16° edge on each side. Full-tang with a double-riveted handle, the PRO series knives are built to stand up to daily, professional use. The striking hammered blade finish is beautiful, but even more; it reduces drag and helps food release from the blade easily. With a limited lifetime warranty, you can count on the precision performance this Kai PRO knife will bring to your prep work.
