KitchenAid Pastry Beater – Stainless Steel | Fits 4.5-Quart & 5-Quart KitchenAid Tilt-Head Stand Mixers

The KitchenAid Stainless Steel Pastry Beater is your ticket to light pastries or perfectly mashed fruits and vegetables! No more cutting cold, hard butter into flour by hand, instead let your mixer do the important work of quickly getting the butter mixed into your pastry flour before it begins to warm up. Even distribution of the butter within a pastry dough is key to flaky layers and the KitchenAid Stainless Steel Pastry Beater is designed to accomplish just that without overworking the dough. The beater is a great substitute for a handheld pastry cutter or blender and the design works seamlessly with the bowl to break cold butter into small pieces, creating a consistent texture and even distribution to minimize the risk of overmixing. The sturdy stainless steel design also excels at stirring meat mixtures and shredding cooked meats, or mashing fruits and vegetables. Simply attach the Pastry Beater to any 4.5-Quart or 5-Quart KitchenAid Tilt-Head Stand Mixer and you’ll be on your way to preparing delicious baked goods in no time!
