Bake up the most charming, perfectly-shaped French macarons in traditional pastel colors using this Silicone Mat from La Bellevie. This mat is made of high quality food-grade silicone to keep your macarons from sticking and crumbling. It features 70 1.5″ circular indents to act as templates so that each macaron is sized and shaped with perfect uniformity, and the large size means that you can bake enough of these delicious desserts to serve at dinner parties, bridal showers and other get-togethers; or, if you just want to bake enough for yourself or your family to enjoy, there’s no need to fill up the mat. Once you’ve pulled these flavorful, meringue cookies out of the oven, the nonstick silicone mat is easy to wash by hand. If you enjoy these crisp, delicate treats and appreciate the artistry and skill that goes into making them, the La Bellevie French Macaron Silicone Mat is a must-have!
