Bosch Universal Plus 6.5 Qt. Mixer + Slicer/Shredder Attachment

With the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer + Slicer/Shredder Attachment, you’ll have all the tools you need to effortlessly slice, shred, and mix ingredients for your favorite recipes! With a powerful 500-watt motor and a generous 6.5-quart bowl, this mixer is equipped to mix up to 15 pounds of thick bread (including whole wheat) or pizza dough, as well as 34 dozen cookies in a single batch. Uniquely designed with the motor beneath the bowl and suction feet to keep it stable while mixing, this powerhouse appliance features four-speed options and a pulse option for mixing, blending, and combining ingredients to your recipe’s exact preference. This mixer comes with dual wire whips that allow you to whip hefty batches of cream and as little as one egg white at a time, a stainless steel heavy-duty dough hook that’s designed to mimic the motions of hand-kneading to stretch, tuck, & fold the dough for maximum gluten development, and a bowl cover that can be used while the mixer is running to keep dry & wet ingredients from splashing out of the bowl.

Along with the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer, you’ll also get a dough hook extender that fits underneath the dough hook to allow you to knead as little as 1 or 2 loaves of bread dough at a time, as well as a Bosch Slicer/Shredder Attachment which includes a slicer/shredder lid with an extra-large chute that fits right on top of the mixer bowl, a pusher to easily push ingredients through the chute, and 3 disks including a shredding/grating disk that’s reversible for both coarse & fine options, a slicing disk that can slice both thick & thin, and a fine grating disk. Turn your mixer into a dynamic machine that’ll make preparing & mixing your favorite recipes quick & easy with the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer + Slicer/Shredder Attachment!
