Bosch Universal Plus 6.5 Qt. Mixer + Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl

As the holidays draw near, the time to prepare for those holiday meals begins to run out. You are needing the appropriate mixer for all the gingerbread, pecan pie, and seasonal fudge you will be making this year. But there’s no better brand to trust than Bosch. Get equipped for baking all year long with the Bosch Universal Plus + Vacuum Blender Attachment!

With the Bosch Universal Plus 6.5-Quart Mixer, you’ll be ready to effortlessly whip up all your favorite baked goods & recipes! With a powerful 500-watt motor and a generous 6.5-quart bowl, this mixer is equipped to mix up to 15 pounds of thick bread (including whole wheat) or pizza dough, as well as 34 dozen cookies in a single batch. Uniquely designed with the motor beneath the bowl and suction feet to keep it stable while mixing, this powerhouse appliance features four-speed options and a pulse option for mixing, blending, and combining ingredients to your recipe’s exact preference. This mixer comes with dual wire whips that allow you to whip hefty batches of cream and as little as one egg white at a time, a stainless steel heavy-duty dough hook that’s designed to mimic the motions of hand-kneading to stretch, tuck, & fold the dough for maximum gluten development, and a bowl cover that can be used while the mixer is running to keep dry & wet ingredients from splashing out of the bowl.

And let’s not forget the Bosch Universal Stainless Bowl. Bake up to ten loaves of bread from one batch of dough with this Bosch Universal Stainless Steel Bowl, specially designed to further enhance the Bosch Universal Plus Kitchen Mixer. This bowl features a European dough hook, comes with a 2-piece pouring shield with lid, and will handle approximately 15 lbs of dough. Easy to use, and easy to clean, this attachment will be a great addition to your Bosch Universal Plus Kitchen Mixer.
